​Newly founded in 2018, Companion Day Center of Arizona goal is to provide superior individualized home and community-based Respite, Attendant Care, Day Treatment & Training-Adult (DTA), Group Supported Employment (GSE), Center Based Employment (CBE) and Transportation Service for people with developmental disabilities. Our target audience will be in the West Valley portion of the Metro Phoenix Area, primarily Avondale, Buckeye, Glendale, Goodyear, Peoria and Surprise.
